Overview

Gladiators salivate at the sight of raw power. Their skills focus on producing huge combos and killer attacks. They have relinquished the shield to take upon themselves, massive two-handed weapons. Though they have destructive power, they have lost sight of the speed of battle. Gladiators attack slower than their counterparts, the Knight.

By abandoning their shields, Gladiators make up for the loss of defense in sheer physical power, and are not afraid to attack a foe while he's down. Along with their bear buddies, Gladiators strive in taking out their enemies in a single strike. Gladiators can take out multiple amounts of enemies in a single strike, though they have a limited amount of skills in their skill tree they don't need that many skills in order for them to destroy their enemies.

Gladiators have a uniquely inherent ability to melee fallen enemies (↓ + X) an infinite amount of times (default for all other classes are limited to 3 times).

Job Change Guide

For more information on the job change quest, see 1st Class Job Change Guide.

Changing into a Gladiator requires the player to complete a number of tasks:

  • Conversing with several NPCs
  • Monster Hunting
  • Completion of a dungeon

Once these tasks are completed, the player will be sent to <Evan>, the Warrior class master, and given the option to choose Knight or Gladiator as their new class. Choose carefully, as once the selection has been made, the choice is irreversible.

PvP

Gladiators can clear a small group of enemies with a single powerful attack or use their KungFu Bears to barrage their enemies before they realize they are getting obliterated by the gladiator. This makes the gladiator a powerful PvP and PvE class all at once.
