Windy Farm

Port of Winds Farm.png

Gathering must be performed in the farming area accessible on the east side of the central platform of Port of Winds, immediately next to Master Producer Midas. Windy Farm can also be warped to with Puff Towers if it has been visited once.

Windy Farm is divided into four zones, one for each of the Gathering skills. The player must equip the Collecting Tool in the weapon slot to gather, an optional Collecting Support tool in the shield slot, and find the correct area on the map.

  • Recommend 7 empty spaces minimum or emptying misc. inventory before entering Windy Farm

Gathering

In Windy Farm there are signs numbered in multiples of 100, from 100 to 500. Each skill starts with 100 EXP points, players who are gathering for the first time must start at a 100 sign or a Lucky spot next to 100 sign.

To start gathering standing near a 100 sign, the circle under the character will turn blue.

Pressing "H" will open the Professions window, right-click the Gathering skill.pngGathering Skill icon to begin.
The Gathering Icon can also be dragged and dropped to a quick slot for easy access. As long as the player doesn't give any further input "Jump, Move, access the Item Mall and access the Market" the character will continue to Gather until their Fatigue runs out (see below) or their Collecting tool breaks, using chat will not interrupt gathering.

Lucky Spots

Near each of the signs is a Lucky Spot, which will glow radiantly when active. Gathering at Lucky spots increases the chance of receiving a Blessed Ingredient. Lucky Spots eventually run dry, and will refresh after several minutes, Lucky spots are not recommended if planning to gather while AFK(Away from Keyboard).

Mastery

Each skill starts with 100 mastery points. 500 mastery points is the maximum for each skill. 1 mastery point is gained every 17 gathering attempts.

Fatigue Points and Durability

GatheringProgress.png

Upon learning one's first Gathering skill, the character will receive a Fatigue bar defaulting at a maximum of 20400. The bar refreshes by an estimate of 25% about every five hours, to view the fatigue bar press "H".

Gathering & Fatigue

The Fatigue bar decreases by 10 with every Gathering attempt, and if it reaches 0 the character will stop Gathering.

Item Production & Fatigue

Creating items consumes fatigue. See Item Production Reference

Durability

Collecting Tool.png The Collecting tool loses 1 durability with each gathering attempt. Collecting Tools that fall to 0 durability will disappear.

  • It takes approximately 2-3 hours to break a Lv. 1 Collecting tool (630 durability) and 5~6 hours to expend 9000 fatigue.

Collecting Support Tool.png The Collecting Support Tool activates randomly and only degrades when activated. When activated the character gathers 2~3 items at once.

  • Recommend having several Collecting tools in inventory if planning to gather for several hours.
